Mellie and Louie Ablaza celebrated Louie's birthday with a Black and Platinum theme on July 3,2008 at the Ballroom of the Shangrila Makati. Decor was done by son Jun Jun Ablaza. Mellie, a lawyer, is the honorary consul of Guatemala and Louie is the president of the pawnshop owners association of the philippines.
