Trekking on Mt. Banahaw

First day at Banahaw before the trek to Sta. Lucia falls-Linda, moi, Berna, Mat Ranillo & Frank Regis

I spent two nights, two days in the sacred mountain of Banahaw in Quezon Nov.16,17,18,2008 for a spiritual retreat like no other, with close friends Berna Lomotan, Linda and Archie Ranillo. Our spiritual guide and father was Frank Regis.Time spent in meditation, prayers and visiting sacred places on the mountain and communing with nature. I've got the bruises and the scratches from rock climbing and speluking in the cave.Berna and I were in our jammies, yes night clothes when we squeezed our way down and climbed back up through the narrow opening of Santong Jacob cave. We were fortified only by two tablespoons of Frank's magic orthomolecular supplement and cure all Coco Nectar. Yummy and healthy! I gained several pounds from all that eating and sleeping. We were boosted by what Frank calls OIC, oxygen- 21% goes into our system, negative ions-plentiful and chi-the aura expanding bioelectrical enery. Most awesome moment, was meeting Suprema Isabel Suarez of the Iglesia del Ciudad Mistica de Dios, the essence of spiritual simplicity and universal love.
