Bend it like Beckham

Yes I was right there at the bleachers of the Rizal Memorial Stadium with Hazel and Glenda tonight Dec. 3 Saturday, ogling David Beckham who was practicing 50 meters right in front of us. The blond soccer god, acknowledged the screams of fans & waved twice and smiled. And then he bent to pick up the ball and I swear to the soccer gods that I saw for a mere split second the crack of his beautiful white .... never mind ( the nuns will cry if I spell it out). David Beckham, shirt no. 23 has the most gentle aura...really! He made the first goal effortlessly for his team at 8 P.M. and the 3rd goal for his team at 8:50 P.M. Gotta admit I only had eyes for him ( hi there Victoria). Lucky Azkal no.27 who Beckham almost bumped into during the melee. Phil Younghusband No. 10 managed the only goal for Azkal and the crowd went wild for the home team, except for me. I was shouting venga Angel , Azkal no. 6. Hazel & Glenda screamed themselves silly over the goals & the UP prep team who gave a remarkably good performance during the intermission. Earlier, we waited for the Azkal and Galaxy teams to arrive at the gate facing Hypermart on Harrison plaza together with an assortment of police, mais vendors, a fencing referee who's car got stuck in the parking area, drivers, assorted fans, a few street children. scalpers and hangers on. The Azkal bus arrived at 6 P.M. & we cheered and waved but the players didn't acknowledge us at all. The Galaxy bus arrived at 6:30 P.M. & some players managed a few waves back to the screaming . waving and clapping fans. Too sleepy to continue writing but the Smart Dream Cup 2011 was amazing. Pacquiao was somewhere in the expensive covered section where those who paid 15-10 k were seated. I texted Lala, Kat, Miguel, Lai, cousin Gigi who was on duty because there was an event in the restaurant where she is the sommelier, and Almond who was somewhere in the section behind the goal.So Galaxy won 6-1 but we left before the 4th goal by the L.A. based team. I'm still floating on my adrenalin high.

Jin Akanishi my Louis Vuitton hobo - Test Drive ft. Jason Derulo (Official Video)

Jin Akanishi my Louis Vuitton hobo ( check out that expensive leather jacket, the bling bling watch & neon green trainers) finally makes his US debut with the song TEST DRIVE featuring Jason Derulo. I miss Jin's signature hiprolls but Jason sure has got the moves. The feel is more of a Sex Drive than a Test Drive with Sexy Jin, sexy girls & hot cars! Its the ultimate dance music, now NO.1 on iTunes dance chart & No. 10 on the singles chart of iTunes. So Jin is now making his presence known in the Music worldwide, next stop Hollywood when 47 Ronin is released in 2012. Rock it Jin.

Fangurl Rave:My favorite boyfriend's US debut single TEST DRIVE out on Nov. 8

Jin Akanishi's US debut single TEST DRIVE featuring Jason Derulo will be available from iTunes and Amazon download on Nov. 8. For his Japanese fans, a Mini Album will be released on Dec. 7 with a DVD of Test Drive and The Making of ... plus remix of Test Drive and studio recordings of Paparats, My MP3 and Tipsy Love from his You & Jin and Yellow Gold 3011 solo concerts. I'm just gonna plaster this blog with photos of my favorite boyfriend's gigantic billboard on Shibuya and newspaper articles. Plus you get to listen to a song preview, of the dance music. Don't ya just love the CD cover! Its fierce, the microphone explodes because the singer and the song are HOT! Its gonna be the BOMB. Now this Japanese superstar singer, actor, composer, producer, dancer is truly operating at his most creative level. His songs carry a message of equality no matter the race or color and of love.  Jin Akanishi is an imaginal at his very core, his heart. He is changing the world in his own way, at his own pace, sharing is love for music with the world.
And here is the article on  Crunchyroll, once one of my favorite streaming sites and forum for asian entertainment from Warner Brothers Music:

Japanese Pop Star Phenomenon, JIN AKANISHI, Debuts Highly Anticipated U.S. Single, “Test Drive featuring Jason Derulo”

Multi-talented Japanese music artist, JIN AKANISHI, is crossing over to the U.S. with energetic pop single, “Test Drive featuring Jason Derulo”

Top-selling Japanese vocalist, musician and actor, Jin Akanishi, is about to take the U.S. by storm with his highly anticipated all-English single, “Test Drive featuring Jason Derulo,” slated to release in the U.S. on Tuesday, November 8, 2011.  “I’ve been given this great opportunity to crossover to the U.S.,” said Akanishi, who signed a global deal with Warner Music Group in December 2010, “and I’m so excited to be able to share my music and style with more people.”

“Test Drive featuring Jason Derulo” will be available for purchase through all digital retailers and streaming services starting Tuesday, November 8th at 7:00AM PST.  In concurrence with the release of “Test Drive featuring Jason Derulo,” Jin will also be answering questions from all his fans during a LIVE U-Stream session with details to be announced through his official Facebook fan page at www.facebook.com/JinAkanishiMusic.

Akanishi, well-known for his unique talents from dynamic vocals to songwriting and hip-hop dancing, achieved superstardom in Japan and throughout Asia at a young age.  As a former vocalist in the popular Japanese boy band, KAT-TUN, Akanishi set milestones with his original lyrics and energetic performances propelling all of their singles, albums and DVDs to #1 on the Japanese National Charts.

After a widely successful solo tour in Japan, Akanishi decided to take his music abroad.  “You & Jin U.S.A” and “Yellow Gold Tour 3010” drew thousands of fans and packed venues in Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, New York and San Francisco without a U.S. release or support from a record company.  After the success of his U.S. concert tours, Jin knew he made the right move to go solo.  Now he’s ready to follow his dreams and fully transcend his talents outside Asia.

The overwhelming support from his fans all around the globe is the force behind Jin’s motivation to keep doing what he truly loves - entertaining the masses.  His creative vision is to produce new music by merging his J-pop style with the U.S. music trends.   His fascination with the U.S. culture and music has made him a big fan of Jason Derulo, The Stereotypes, The Black Eyed Peas, Lil Wayne, Dr. Dre, Nicki Minaj and many more avant-garde artists of the like.

Now on the verge of his first U.S. single release, “Test Drive featuring Jason Derulo,” and wrapping up the movie, “47 Ronin,” starring Keanu Reeves, Akanishi is just getting geared up for his new life in the U.S. limelight.  “We are delighted that Jin is making his U.S. debut, following his sold-out tour here last year,” said Rob Cavallo, Chairman, Warner Bros Records, “Jin is a talented, versatile artist who is already a superstar in Japan, and we are looking forward to working with him to build his American fan-base and global career.”

MISSION of Imaginals goes Global !

Imagine a new world!

Here are the latest tweets from integral sustainable development icon and international lecturer and facilitatorNicanor Perlason the activities ofMission International.

"MISSION work has arrived in Finland. Today I just started a 5-day MISSION process with 122 participants from all over Finland. These are students ofSnellman College and they are taking courses in art and education. Forget whatever stereotype you may have of Finnish people. The ones here are highly engaged, passionate, articulate, and very concerned about the future of the world." Oct. 4,2011

"The MISSION work with the 40 young people from 18 countries ended on a very high, grateful, albeit emotional note yesterday. Long hugs and goodbyes, some tears, heart warming written messages, and tremendous amount of forces released to serve the world. Indeed, as modern science has shown, a new and higher order only emerges at the edge of chaos! Thus it has been."Sweden-Oct. 2,2011
